Stock fender connections? If those are accounted for then idk.

Preface: I know nothing about bikes.

Probably sidecar/trailer lights.

I’m going to go with the left side turn signal, or maybe an oil pressure switch?

First question, does everything work? All lights, all functions, neutral safety switch etc? If so, no idea, if not, one of those things obviously, can’t be much more helpful than that, sorry.

Seeing how the bike is pretty disassembled, you may not know whether or not everything works, in which case I would grab a labeled wiring diagram and try to figure it out that way. If that doesn’t work, slice open the loom trace them to their source, and go from there.

1st gear - kickstand kill connector?

Could also be rear turn signal.

NAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!

But seriously? Probably nothing. Maybe a feature (kickstand sensor?) your market didn’t get.

We got that, but its not that connector. Everything works...just chilling inside

External battery tender hookup?

cant be signal, its under the seat. we just chalked it up to a weird battery tender thingy and moved on

I was thinking that too, but mine is better insulated than that.

License plate light is good? I would say maybe rear brake light switch but its on the wrong side :(

Then I have no clue what-so-ever. I would say it could be for some aftermarket lights or accessory, but that would be the best wired accessory I’ve ever seen. Could you throw a multi meter on it and start flipping switches to see when/if it has power to it?

yea, everything works. We just set it as some weird battery tender thing and left it at that

we just chalked it up to a REALLY well done battery tender and left it at that

Is the box they go into OEM? Maybe they are some sort of test leads that a Kawasaki tool can hook up to? They look way too OEM to be an aftermarket add on. Is the bike fuel injected or carbed? If carbed it could be for an automatic choke, or they could be for fuel injection if that was optional.

I know on some bikes there are extra connectors for some California emissions system, possibly that?

carbed, manual choke. Someone mentioned CARB emissions stuff, so that might be it.

thats not a bad theory actually. but on a carbed bike? FI id understand... hmm.

Perhaps where a previous owner had an aux power port hookup- or maybe for a (since removed) lojack... Did you steal this bike??

Kinja'd!!! bob and john > BobintheMtns

Kinja'd!!!0

it belongs to a friend. the bike is ENTIRELY OEM (save for headers and a pipe), this is part of the harness. someone mentioned maybe something to go with emissions in cali (as the 6E was sold there) so thats where we are rolling with.

Maybe the PO had some super dooper tail light aux, attached to... IDK, a backpack or something and that is where they plugged it in? Or a snuggly heated blank. IDK.
